On the 24th of June, 70 "Play Fair" campaigners carrying brightly coloured banners took part in a march that passed along Vassil Levski boulevard. The activists chanted 'Igraite cestno na Olimpiadata!' [Play fair at the Olympics!] and international slogans, and handed out leaflets. The march stopped outside the offices of the Bulgarian Olympics Committee, where Ivan Tishev from the Bulgarian CCC and Esther de Haan from the CCC International Secretariat made impassioned speeches to the Committee demanding that the Bulgarian Olympic Committee support the demands of the Play Fair at the Olympics campaign. The demonstration ended outside the Bulgarian national stadium, where a giant clock counted down the days till the kick off of the Games.
